Rio Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Rio. We pre-manufacture all inventory before our drops go live to ensure your gear gets to you as fast as possible. Please review our shipping terms below:

Processing & Handling Times

  • All orders are processed and shipped out within 2 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday) following the drop.

  • Orders placed over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Shipping Destinations & Rates

At this time, we only ship domestically within the United States.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: Standard shipping costs $10 USD on every US order, regardless of order total. Free shipping is not offered for this drop.

Delivery Estimates

We ship via standard carriers (USPS / UPS Ground). Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

Please note that transit times are estimated by the carrier and are out of our direct control once the package leaves our hands.

Address Corrections

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Because we process orders quickly to get them out within our 2-3 day window, we cannot guarantee address changes can be made after an order is placed. Rio is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
